When commissioning me, you are bound to the following rules specified in each section below.
My relation to my work
I still own rights to my commissioned art. I am free to use them to promote myself. I myself may use my creations for commercial use, you however, may not. Not abiding by the terms in the document will result in any future commissions from you being denied. Only my TOS applies to my designs. You may not apply your own to try to edit how my creations are handle. Doing so will have your rights to commission revoked immediately, no questions asked.Payment
All payments are made in USD through Paypal. (unless otherwise stated) Payments must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise specified. I will not accept offers of art slavery, or points. I do not use points whatsoever.Payment plans
I accept payment plans for any orders over $75USD. Your commission will be completed in step with each payment made to me until the original price is reached. Failure to abide by a payment agreement will result in the termination of your commission with no refund.You must
Provide me with high quality references of your character. (eg. no watermarks covering the image, and/or low resolution.) Always give credit when using my art for personal uses or when going offsite. I'm not looking to be put on scheduled art sales and be required to meet a quota!
Just looking to draw a few designs (possibly more in the future schedule permitting)
I'll be getting back to those that have already expressed interest in
having me draw for their species so there's no need to comment again~
I prefer species that didn't have a 50/50 pay cut unless my design sells for a specific higher amount.
Otherwise it's a tad discouraging, but isn't an automatic turn off.

Announcement for Retired Flint Owners!
I've gotten a lot of inquiries on this subject sooooo...
I know many of you still hold old designs from way back when, though the group no longer exists. Neither does the old trait list.
If you'd like to convert your Flint to the newer generation then PM with the old art and I'll give you a rundown on what traits/special traits they would change to.
You may change the design entirely if you'd like as well! However, the older Flint will be voided and not registered to the group.
